Jewelry Quality
All our pieces are made of 14-karat gold and never plated. We do have a small collection of 18k Gold items, however availability of 18k Gold items vary.
All of our jewelry comes directly from Italy. All designs are made in house by our professional designers.
All diamonds sold by Sky Jewelry are genuine and natural. We provide certificate of authenticity upon customer request.
Most definitely, we encourage all of customers to stop by our showroom to get a clear understanding of how all jewelry items look on them before purchase.
Warranty
We offer one year warranty on all Pandora products purchased form sky jewelry. If there is no physical damage and the product has not been altered in any shape or form, we are able to replace it or offer store credit.
The diamond inventory has an automatic 6 month protection plan. This plan includes replacement of stones & discoloration. We will repair the item at no additional cost if it shows no signs of physical damage or alteration.
Little sky inventory unfortunately doesn’t come with any warranty.
Billing
We accept Visa, MasterCard, & American Express credit cards. We also offer financing options with AfterPay, Wells Fargo, & Synchrony Bank.
Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.
Returns & Exchanges
Yes you may return your purchased items for store credit or exchange only.
Unfortunately we do not offer any card or cash refunds. Alternatively you can receive store credit or exchange your items for something else.
