Return Policy

Sky Jewelry allows all customers to return purchased items within 7 calendar days for store credit or exchange only. No Cash Or Card Refunds will be made. You must bring the item in original condition with all tags intact. You must have the original receipt in order to initiate a return. Any items that show signs of wear or damage are not refundable. Some exclusions apply. All custom orders, repairs, layaways, and sale items are non-returnable.

We are able to exchange any jewelry item that is not a custom order item, however you must follow the return policies guidelines to see if you’re eligible to exchange the item.

As stated in the return policy, special order or custom order items are non-refundable. If the custom order has been started we are unable to provide your store credit or any exchange. However if the item has not been started then we will gladly provide you store credit or you may exchange for another item that is valued at the same dollar value. 

All items purchased from the pandora section of our store has one year warranty, in order to claim this warranty you must have proof of purchase exclusively from Sky Jewelry. If item shows signs of physical damage or has been altered in anyway, warranty is nullified.
